We are seeking a skilled Renovation Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in finish carpentry, tile installation, and drywall work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and takes pride in producing exceptional finishing results. Experience with California ceiling texturing and other advanced surface finishes is required.
Perform residential and commercial renovation tasks including framing, drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing.
Install tile, trim, baseboards, doors, and other finish carpentry elements with precision and attention to detail.
Apply California ceiling textures and other custom surface finishes to achieve a high-end look.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure work meets design and quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality project completion.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards for quality and craftsmanship.
Minimum 5 years of renovation or construction experience, with strong focus on finish work.
Proven experience in carpentry, tile installation, drywall finishing, and California ceiling texturing.
Strong eye for detail and commitment to superior workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and basic hand and power tools.
